SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Integrity Electric offers a wide array of services that are handled by their service department. Headed by Service Manager Carl Castello, the service department at Integrity Electric can handle all your needs. Some of the services that are offered but are not limited to include:
- Casablanca™ Fan Repair
Integrity Electric is the area's only authorized Casablanca™ Fan Service Center. All fan repairs are handled at the Lansing branch. Fans can be brought in by the customer during office hours of 7:30AM to 4:30 PM ET Monday thru Friday or for an additional fee, one of Integrity Electric's technicians can come right to your door. Due to parts and availability, same day service may not be offered.
- 24 hour Emergency Service
Day or night, Integrity Electric can take care of your electrical emergencies. One of their technicians is on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to take care of whatever need may arise. The on-call technician changes on a regular basis so it is necessary to call Integrity Electric at (517)484-0300 to get the emergency number for whatever technician is on-call at that particular moment.
- Homeowner Services
Integrity Electric offers a number of services to the general homeowner. Do you need a plug installed for your new electric range? How about an electrical service upgrade in order to meet FHA requirements to sell your existing home? Large or small, Integrity Electric can handle your needs.
- Commercial Business Services
The service department at Integrity Electric offers a number of services to commercial businesses. From retail stores to restaurants, Integrity Electric has done it all. A large portion of their service department also serves the apartment complexes of the greater Lansing area. There are also a number of companies that have hired Integrity Electric to perform electrical maintenance at retail store chains such as The Disney Store, Bath & Body Works, Dunham's, and Eddie Bauer among others.
