All of Integrity Electric's field technicians are put through an intense 4 year electrical apprenticeship program in which they learn about, among other things, basic electrical theory and the rules of the National Electric Code (NEC). Through this program, Integrity Electric turns out high quality employees that are not only capable of doing things but doing them right. Management at Integrity Electric feels this is the key ingredient in setting apart their employees from those of other companies.
"It is one thing for a company to say they are capable of doing something and to say they are capable of doing something the right way. There are many ends to a means, but when you are dealing with something as dangerous as electricity, there is only one way of doing it; the safe and correct way.
